The MENTOR Network is proud to announce that Springbrook, Inc., with locations in Arizona and Oregon, has joined The Network and will begin providing services as Arizona MENTOR and MENTOR Oregon – adding to existing programs in each state.  The services and supports currently provided by Springbrook will continue without interruption as the programs transition to The MENTOR Network.

Founded in 1995, Springbrook offers a range of residential settings to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as behavioral health needs. The organization, which began with one residential home in Arizona, now includes more than twenty community-based homes throughout Arizona as well as a partnership with Habilitation Coalition, a residential services provider in Oregon.

“Springbrook and its sister organization Habilitation Coalition, are great additions to our existing operations,” says Neil Brendmoen, Vice President for The Network. “They share our organization’s vision of providing quality, community-based supports and bring a range of residential options that will enable us to support additional individuals throughout Arizona and Oregon.”

In addition to expanding residential services, this partnership adds staff resources and clinical expertise, particularly in Arizona where many employees have been welcomed into the Arizona MENTOR state office in Phoenix.

“We’re delighted to welcome new employees to our state office where they will have access to shared resources from Arizona MENTOR and The Network,” says Kathy Ludban, State Director of Arizona MENTOR.  “Together we have the opportunity to reach a greater number of individuals seeking community-based services and supports.”

“Our partnership with Springbrook brings together organizations with a common mission of finding new and better solutions for the individuals and communities we serve,” says Nancy Weisling, Vice President of Business Development for The Network.  “By joining The Network, Springbrook will benefit from the stability and resources of a national organization, while maintaining the local connections critical to serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community settings.”
