Linda DeRenzo Chief Legal Officer
Linda joined The MENTOR Network in 2006 as senior vice president and general counsel before assuming her current role as chief legal officer in 2011. In addition to serving as lead legal counsel for The Network, Linda oversees the corporate, service delivery risk management and litigation, regulatory and licensing and labor and employment legal functions, as well as the compliance function.
An 18-year business-law veteran prior to joining The Network, Linda built her career representing high-growth companies and their financiers in the information technology, life sciences and health services fields. Specializing in public and private debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance, Linda brings experience in corporate law, corporate finance, organization building, executive compensation, other human resource-related issues and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining The Network, Linda was an equity partner in the firm of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP. She holds a B.A. in English from Dartmouth College, summa cum laude, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude.
