While those who work in direct care—whether as direct support professionals, clinical coordinators, life skills trainers or family centered specialists—have daily interaction with those we serve, every member of our workforce plays a vital role in helping the adults and children we serve live life to the fullest in the communities they call home. Members of our IT team, for instance, enable therapists and program managers to access critical information that helps them deliver individualized services, while our human resources team is constantly recruiting talented individuals who can ensure that we provide the best possible services and supports.

Recognition and Support

At The MENTOR Network we believe in recognizing the best among us—the all-too-often unsung heroes—who make a difference each day in the lives of the children and adults we support.

Our annual Ripple of Hope Awards recognize The Network’s most outstanding employees, Mentors and other independent contractors from across the country whose passion, energy and skill have created a positive impact in the lives of others. While closer to home, our local partners also take time on a regular basis to celebrate the accomplishments and milestones of our team members whose daily acts make a difference in the lives of others.

Through our DSP of the Week campaign, we recognize the outstanding commitment of our Direct Support Professionals, Life Skills Trainers Personal Service Attendants, Certified Nurses Assistants and others in direct support for their dedication to those we serve and their critical role in carrying out our mission every day. Each September, our DSP of the Day campaign recognizes a different member of our direct support staff each day for their commitment to those we serve.
